General Information

Deposits: A 50% deposit of the total reservation is required within 7 days of making the reservation
Cancellation: Cancellations at least 14 days prior to date of reservation will receive a full refund minus a $25 office charge. Deposits for reservations cancelled with less than 14 days notice will be forfeited
Additional Guests: There is an additional guest charge of $15 per night per person for persons 13 and older. Children 12 & under stay free. Cribs and high chairs available on request
Early Departures: Guests are responsible for all nights reserved and confirmed
Minimums: Two and three night minimums required during certain time periods
Discounts: 10% AARP and AAA Discount November through May
Check-In: 3:00 pm
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Pets: Sorry no pets allowed
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed. Baileys Harbor Yacht Club Resort is a smoke free environment
